All items are handmade & once made, they cannot be altered. So please ask any questions before checking out.
I expect the creation to reach you safely. I do the best to make sure your order arrives as I would expect it....in perfect condition. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me so we can agree to fix any errors.
My return policy is simple.....I will only accept returns after we discuss the issue for your wanting a return. Please keep in mind, I do everything possible to make your creation perfect. I expect you to be happy with your purchase. A request for return should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
At present, I only ship within the US. International shipping is too costly.
All orders within the US are shipped out within 3-5 business days & always go USPS first class mail. Most orders will arrive in a flat bubble envelope.
All payments go through PayPal.
